Tony & Paula of TRT are the BEST!!!! They came out promptly to diagnose why our AC was not cooling. I have medical issues, prone to heat stroke and they were very compassionate. They lent us 2 portable AC units over the 4th of July weekend until the technician could fix the AC on Monday. We're soooooo very grateful for their exceptional service!!

Horrible customer service, promising services then refusing to follow through with work. Complete disregard of warranties given and told to contact another company. Strongly advise people looking for an HVAC company to look past this ridiculous company.
