Needed a SMF OTDR tester for a client. Wasn't sure what I needed. Sales Engineer had me talk to a Senior Application Engineer, who apparently talked to his lab personnel. They shipped the Fluke tester with all the equipment, I took equipment to the client site, created network diagrams which took a couple of days, went to use the equipment, Senior Application Engineer said he would have Lab Tech call me.
