The landlord where I live hires TRS to maintain our heating/cooling, so I can't speak on price. What I can speak on is that they are always friendly, professional, and show up when they say they will. They do competent work, and have never left us hanging in the middle of a repair like other companies have done. I am happy to recommend them to my friends who are homeowners.

I was referred to them so they told me the charge for the basic service call is, 70 something. I asked if that includes anything and she said yes. The guy came out and fixed my thermostat. No parts were required, there for 50 minutes total. Total charge 196.01. I called the office and they wouldn’t budge on the price.gas prices have gone up she said. So, basically, over 200 an hour for a small job. The worker told me my bill was quite low, that most jobs are over 500
