Dr. Troy Williams has been my doctor for several years, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He is always attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to listen and consistently addresses all of my needs and concerns. I’m sorry that the previous reviewer had that experience, although I don't believe it, but my experience with Dr. Williams has been completely different. I have been a patient of him for over nine years, and he has always provided me with attentive and compassionate care. Whenever I have needed him, he has personally called me back, answered my questions, and helped arrange the care I needed. Dr Williams is nothing but a sneaky salesman. He personally called me after I left a message that I had a tumor on my ovary and needed to get an appointment. He seemed sincere and said that he likes to take a personal approach to his patients. He said he had an opening on March 18. I called back to make the appointment for March 18 only to find out that the appointment wouldn't be with Dr. Williams but a Nurse Practitioner. So much for taking a personal interest. Dr Troy Williams has taken such delicate and attentive care of my health. The tone in which he takes with me is delicate and compassionate and he is a problem solver as he wants to find solutions for me not just brush me off like I have experience with other male doctors. This is the first male doctor I have ever and I mean ever felt confident and comfortable with because of the level of care I get from Dr Troy.
