Small office with big results. I love Dr Tate, Dr Brek, and the girls, Linda at the front desk is SO AWESOME always very kind and compensating. Everyone's there gives you kindness and compassion when dealing with YOU and your pet.
Nancy Drumm is kind of a big deal. I'm not a fan of vague booking, but in this case it's appropriate. Troy Vet is just about one of the best things in my life. I want to adopt the full staff (maybe not Gwen) into my family. But the thing Nancy Drumm did for a very important critter, wow. Just, wow. Thank you SO much! Our chocolate lab Molly was ill and required many months of treatment. The love and care she received form staff,Doctors and reception was amazing. Today she is doing great....thank you everyone at Troy Vet
I'm sad to say I will never bring another one of my animals to your practice. After 14 years of bringing my pets there, I expected to be treated with a little more compassion when I came to pick up Noel's ashes. What you put me through was nothing any animal lover should have to go through. So Sage will be now tended by someone else. Thanks God for a total stranger who saw my distress on FB and paid my bill.
