From the moment you walk in, until you leave, you are welcomed with smiles and happiness. The staff is kind, accommodating, patient, and caring. I have been bringing my boy in for happy visits and he just loves Rachel who is fearlessly attentive.
I absolutely love all of the staff and Drs at this place!! Originally Lombards west on Hoosick where the auto parts store is now!! That is how many years my family has been going there!! I have not once ever had an issue getting an appointment or the Dr call me back!! They call with follow up questions if you have brought your pet in I’ll!! I go to Florida in the winters now and they have no issues making sure to send a fax stating what one of my littles gets for his allergies either!! Having just moved to the area I was already freaking out about having a sick cat. Troy Vet got me in the same day I called and they were wonderful with both me and my darling Barnabas. The vet and vet techs were great and really helped me to chill out We've found our vet moving forward. Thank you!
Just brought my cat Cher in for a well check, as she wasn’t feeling well. Dr. Houser was very good and informative with her care and diagnosis. She’s now on the way to feeling better. �
They took such good care of my sasha with her bad ears and were reasonably prices for everything we got done thank you so much
Great place for all your pets
The staff at Troy Vet are great! My dog Blue gets such good care from the doctors, Vet Techs and all of the other staff. The people at the front desk are always kind and courteous to my dog Blue and me. All staff are compassionate and truly care about all of our concerns. Blue loves Dr Engel. Thank you Troy Vet!
