Never had an interaction Mr. Stevens acting as a realtor. However, my car was recently towed from a one of his parking lots. I was parked there very briefly, while dropping off a few things for my sister at their condo in SW PDX. I didn’t even know that that parking lot was not owned by her HOA. The towering, inebriated tow man was probably hiding somewhere and waiting for us to walk away from the car so they could tow it. When we walked out, the car was gone.
