Poor, poor, poor, if I could leave no star's I would. I used their website and requested/asked if they wanted to quote a roofing job for me. Waited 72 hours and got no response or follow up, so I called. A man answered who I assume was Troy Ross and I asked if my request for a quote was received. He promptly hung up on me. I immediately called back and the recorded VM voice was the same voice which hung up on me. Very rude and very unprofessional. Best roofer in Pagosa Springs. They did such an amazing job on our exterior we had them come inside for finishing work. Troy and Javier are experts with incredible attention to detail. Highly recommend.
How do unprofessional guys like this one stay in business? I guess it's just a matter of time before they go under and couldn't happen soon enough for this loser!
