I was very disappointed by this loan officer. Nothing he said upfront was true. He seemed so nice at the beginning but after all the documents were in everything changed. Nothing he said was true. I went to closing and my rate was an adjustable when it was suppose to be a fixed rate. He just disappeared when I called and called. I would not recommend him at all

you should skip over this guy if you want to save time, money and grief. he is all show and no action. he is a big disappointment.

I was so shocked at the end of the process. My rate and fees went up with no explaination from Troy. He needs to go back to mortgage school. He rarely returns calls and faled to keep us informed. He is a big disappointment.

Troy was a very difficult guy to work with. He never likes to admit he is wrong or take responsibility for his actions. I did some checking and into his background and he posts he is a graduate of Central Michigan University but this is not true. He never graduated according to my research.. Very deceitful I might say. Why I do not know...

I worked with Mr. Rabidoux for many years. He focuses on extracting the largest fees he can without regard to his clients' best interest. I was disappointed time and time again at his sales tactics and strategies. Shop around is my best advise.

The reason for this two star review is due to lack of communication. Bryson Burt did not return calls when requested by email and when you call into the office. The process was difficult throughout. Maybe things would have been smoother if he would have just communicated with me. He had the time to speak with our Financial advisor but couldn’t speak with me directly. I wouldn’t recommend him if you want an easy experience.
