Troy was absolutely fantastic to work with. The whole process was so smooth & easy, and he was so great about explaining the different parts of the process to us and helping ease any stresses or concerns we had. Troy really delivered for us, selling (and closing) our home in 21 days. We thought the sale of our home in such a short time was an impossible task, but Troy did it, and did it with great expertise, patience, and professionalism. We'd certainly give Troy 10 stars if we could! Thank you Troy!
Troy was great to work with. Got the info need to list the home. We received a lot of interest and ultimately found the right buyer. He represented us well and the Buyer! There was a roadblock by the lender and Troy negotiated and fought for us to close and sell our home on time.
This guy's a stud and helped me out so much into getting my first house. Thank you man!
Troy is the best! Great with all of the details and works very hard to make sure everything is taken care of. I definitely recommend him!
