RecommendedPam and the measuring and installation teams at Troy Granite Camp Hill were great! We recently chose Troy Granite for our kitchen counter replacement. Pam Zeigler was a most helpful sales associate, and Ozman and Armando were excellent installers. I forgot the guy's name who came to the house and took very precise measurements, but I was impressed with his attention to details as well. Customer service doesn’t exist after you place an order. Installers are unprofessional, inexperienced, and untrained. Quality control in the shop is unheard of. Management doesn’t seem to care. Sinks that they sell are factory seconds, defective. Time to find a better granite supplier to use and recommend ! !
Screwed up our kitchen tops last year. Cut the granite backwards for the 60/40 sink, and installed the undermount sink off center. They took money off and we lived with it. Figured everyone makes a mistake, went back this year for simple vanity tops. They installed the wrong tops on the vanities. Fit was horrible, pushed so hard on one wall that the pocket door wouldn't work. They blamed it on crooked walls, after they did the template with a CAD. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I had them do my bar area in my basement and a week later there was problems. They come back out to take it apart and stick me with a 500 bill on brackets I was told to get from them because they aren't the right ones anymore. I will never use this company again and I strongly recommend you go else where .
