I needed my home appraised for a property settlement. Troy responded in a timely manner from the beginning to end. He was very nice and polite during the appraisal. He took his time to answer my questions, never seemed rushed, and I really felt like he cared about his work and his customers. I would recommend him time and time again.

Troy came out and did a pre-appraisal for our home. He was very professional and answered all of our questions completely and throughly. He even spent extra time explain the process and gave us valuable advise about selling our home. He makes himself available to answer questions and has a great turn around rate.
