Was told : If I am going to be so picky - You should use a different cleaners. 10 laundered shirts in ONE BAG Shirts sleeves NOT ironed Shirt sleeves not folded towards the front
Very disappointed, will never go back. They shrunk my window treatments (7 panels for a 9 foot doorwall ) 6.5 inches. The labels on them clearly stated "100% cotton". The owner Dave Motter responded to my email and phone calls 8 days later with one short sentence. He stated that I signed a waiver.....hmmm apparently they have all their customers sign this so they don't have to take responsibility for any of their mistakes. I will be taking legal action.
