Dr troy bdertoli md is not thete any more
My husband is a new patient and has raved about how calm and clean his office is it has a spa feeling which immediately puts you at ease. Vanessa the office manager is so polite, responsive and professional so easy to work with. Dr Bertoli is very knowledgeable and spent over an hour with my husband going over his blood work and all of his questions. I wish we found him sooner!
I have had several encounters with Dr. Bertoli. All of them have been positive. His personal demeanor is friendly and responsive. My in-office appointments have been pretty much on-time with short waits. I have also done several tele-visits via computer. He has been punctual on these visits. He seems to be competent and concerned about your health. The office staff is always friendly and willing to assist in any way.
Dr. Bertoli seems ok but the wait time to see him is ridiculous! If you are retired and have nothing better to do than sit in an exam room for 1hr+ waiting to have a 10 min conversation with the Dr. then maybe this place is for you. Most people don't have the luxury of taking 2hrs+ for a routine Dr. visit in the middle of the day. Won't be back!
He is an amazing doctor! My family have been with him for many years and will never leave!
