A big thank you to Troy Auto Care from Troy Michigan. Last night about 5:15 was heading back to Sandusky from a music supplier when I got a flat on 75. I got out my spare and put it on and guess what..it was flat as well. I had an excellent experience with customer service from Troy Auto Care on Minnesota Drive in Troy, Michigan. Kudos to Mikel for top notch service. The whole company went above and beyond.

I am from out of town and had a dead battery last weekend - needed a tow and quick service so i could return home on time! These folks were fantastic! Wrecker came faster than estimated; very nice wrecker driver; and everyone at the shop outdid themselves in getting my car repaired near the end of their workday and were very friendly/nice. I would highly recommend!
We have been using this place for several years for auto repairs. They out did themselves today when they towed my husband's car at 3:00 PM and squeezed the repair in today and our car is not tied up for the holiday weekend. Consistently fair, honest, and reasonable whether it is using them for a tow or repair. Highly recommend.
