The staff in the management office are terrible. We had several maintenance issues at our apartment that we reported several times. The maintenance issues involved non-functioning lights. We had to live in the dark for several weeks. They repeatedly ignored us and have the most junior member “handle” our problems. This incompetent staff member lied to us on several occasions saying that it will be fixed right away. It has been 3 weeks and no actions have been taken. Management has been very accommodating and kind. We have a nice sized apartment and any issues were attended to in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are AWESOME.

I have lived at the Trovas section of M&T since May 2015. I am extremely satisfied. It is a quiet, clean and safe complex. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Upon moving to this place, I find it really difficult to move here. Parking spaces are way small to park. Your car will get hit by other tenant who park right next to you, so WATCH OUT for that. There are no handicap parking in each unit. The law for the housing code suggested that each unit should have at least 2 to 3 handicap parking spaces and this place does not. The only handicap parking is at the office and one that I saw requested from a tenant as a accommodation. Let ...Continue Reading
The worst customer service ever. We had the contract to expire on August 10th 2016, and we started to look for buying a place for ourself. In May my wife went to the office and asked one of the girls what are the option because our lease is about to expire in August, she said "Don't worry, you'll get a paper in advance with your options if you want to stay in or move out".
