Excellent dentist and hygienist, would not go anywhere else. They keep me well informed, answer all my questions and make me comfortable. Office staff are also great.
I have always absolutely hated going to the dentist and while it is still not in my list of favorites I can honestly say I do not mind going to this dentist office. I love Dr. Cole and every hygienist has always been very cordial and gentle. I really appreciate the excellent care you provide.
Ms Allison Cole was very knowledgeable. She explained everything very well. She was very kind, proficient and caring. I also was pleased with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. Very good job. Very friendly and made it a pleasant experience from both services provided.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kim, my hygienist, was extremely courteous and professional. She explained everything she was doing and done an excellent job of putting me at ease with the procedure. And she done an outstanding job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Troutman has provided me with outstanding care, and I would not hesitate recommending him to someone.
Love everything about this dentist office as i have been going to them for nearly 20 years. My only complaint is they do not participate with any insurance plans.

We understand that BC/BS's new policy creates a hardship. In order to help alleviate this problem, we are offering deferred payments to our BC/BS patients. This will allow you time to receive your check from BC/BS before you have to pay us.
I haven't had to seek dentistry from a DDS that wasn't my boss since I've been working in dentistry since 1996 so I was anxious about seeing someone by blind faith but I have to say that I absolutely LOVE Dr Cole!! She's very easy to talk to and makes me and my children feel 100% comfortable! Thank you so much for making it an easy transition for me! Happy to send others your way!
Ralaxing comforting seating while being attented. Frendly Dentist and staff. Service is Excellent Dr. Troutman has been my Dentist for over 30 years.
