Great friendly staff and a good hygienist.
I very rarely ever have to wait longer than ten minutes from the time I check in to the time that I am brought back to the treatment area. All of the staff is caring and professional with a focus on the patient. I would recommend them to anyone.
Jason Troutman is a very forward-thinking, tech-savvy dentist that truly cares about his patients. As usual, the professionalism displayed by everyone in this office while at the same time offering a friendly environment, makes the experience less stressful.
Excellent state of the art facility with friendly knowledgeable staff, however you must make separate appointments for each service provided I.e. X-rays, exams, cleaning, any repairs ... Inconvenient!
I'm a senior citizen, and I've been to many dentists. Without a doubt Troutman Dentistry is the best. They are up to date, demonstrate the highest level of expertise, and have an outstanding support staff. My wife and I are both very comfortable coming to Troutman Dentistry and believe it is the best dental care you can find anywhere. Thanks.
I give this dentistry 4 stars because I was treated (by the medical team) with kid gloves. They explained everything they were going to do. Asked me numerous times if I was comfortable. They took great care of me. I love the big window in the exam rooms and the t.v's in every room (gives you something to focus on when being worked on lol).
