It was a long day and, apparently, my situation is especially difficult, but Dr. Troutman and his staff have patiently and professionally worked through the issues. At this point I think my tooth is costing the practice money and not me. I appreciate Dr. Troutman standing by his work. Apart from being a great dentist (which he is), this also makes him a small business owner with integrity and an asset to the community.
