I recently purchased a car a month ago and discovered a huge oil leak that’s going to cost 1700 due to the labor. I reached out to the owner and he recommended we both go in half to fix this issue with his mechanic and as I stated to him It’s not right for me to have to fix this issue it’s only been 30 days and I’m still making payments. It’s bad business and I don’t recommend this place to anyone the owner says he’s for his customers but don’t want to take full responsibility for this problem. BEWARE

Do not rent from these people. The owner of this company told us the property would be ready a certain date. He decided to inform us on move in day that the property would not be ready for another week. Then another week. Before I knew it my wife and I were homeless for a month with not so much as a sorry. The owner also called and screamed at my wife over an issue with the digital payment system that multiple tenants had issues with. Purchased a car few years back. After about a week headlights Stop working. Troutmans said they would fix.They rigged it to work temporarily and lights never worked properly. Seen a car at Kannapolis location yesterday. Talked to Cliff, worked out deal to purchase car. Gave his word but called to tell him I was coming to pick it up he said it was sold to someone else.
