Do not rent from these people. The owner of this company told us the property would be ready a certain date. He decided to inform us on move in day that the property would not be ready for another week. Then another week. Before I knew it my wife and I were homeless for a month with not so much as a sorry. The owner also called and screamed at my wife over an issue with the digital payment system that multiple tenants had issues with. Purchased a car few years back. After about a week headlights Stop working. Troutmans said they would fix.They rigged it to work temporarily and lights never worked properly. Seen a car at Kannapolis location yesterday. Talked to Cliff, worked out deal to purchase car. Gave his word but called to tell him I was coming to pick it up he said it was sold to someone else. I’ve been renting from this company for 2 1/2 years and my experience has been nothing but good my house is old so we’ve needed a few repairs but they always get it fixed . They’re good people and easy to work with 😊
