Installation was fine. Had an issue about a year after where the unit in the attic leaked and damaged dining room ceiling. They admitted responsibility but never finished repairs.
They came back twice to make adjustments. Very responsive to our needs.

Finished sooner than they had projected, even though there were some difficulties outside the realm of what they thought they would have to do. Cleaned up behind themselves inside and out. Followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly.
Professional, polite, and patient. I have no complaints.
Troy and Robert from trouth A/C did an awesome job on the installation. Their work was neat and professional and they finished in a timely manner. Both were a pleasure to work with. The unit is very quiet and I really like the Trane smart controller.
