I read a review from a client who was late to his appointment then blamed the agent for not being able to accommodate him? Should he have bumped another client to help someone who was admittedly late for his own appointment? Does this make sense? Iv worked in the past on several deal with the trout organization and in every circumstance they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Miles does not go the extra mile!! He knew I was coming from California to look at a place. When we were running behind in the morning because of an accident & construction which I had absolutely no control over. I called him to let him know. He said he opened up his schedule specifically to show us at that time only& he had no other options or to show it to me on the weekend because he shows places in Klamath falls on the weekends.
