I read a review from a client who was late to his appointment then blamed the agent for not being able to accommodate him? Should he have bumped another client to help someone who was admittedly late for his own appointment? Does this make sense? Iv worked in the past on several deal with the trout organization and in every circumstance they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.
