100% recommend to anyone looking for a reliable car shop with the best customer service and experience. My car broke down in the middle of a very long road trip and we ended up in North Bay where we are not originally from. We frantically called every car shop to get in asap so we could continue to our destination. We had called atleast 10 different shops and got rudely told they were too busy. This place is amazing, ran into some car troubles while on a 5hr road trip to an event and they took me in on a busy night and were able to fix the problem quickly. will forever be grateful for what they did and will never forget the kindness of everyone who worked there. i’d choose this place a million times over the next.
I just want everyone to know if I could give this company a 10 star review I would hands down do it. We were meeting our friends from Quebec in North Bay yesterday they were 2 hours ahead of us. Their camper van broke down 1 hour out of North Bay around noon CAA left them stranded there all after noon and the OPP finally had to call a tow truck. When I called the garage the service manager listened to our ordeal, talked to the General Manager who said tow it in and they could definitely help. That is an understatement not on... read more
From out of town, we took our car in and they had it looked at within an hour despite being very busy, they explained the repairs and issues incredibly well and even brought out the part to show us what was going on, incredible customer service, very reasonable rates, great people, could not recommend any more highly
