Had a full height 1/2” thick custom shower door installed by Trout Glass. From the day I first spoke with them until installation was less than three weeks. That time also included the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. Doug was amazing to work with getting me exactly what I wanted. The lead installer Steve was equally amazing. I’m a very particular person the fit of the glass and the finish couldn’t have been done better. Amazing customer service that you just don’t seem to find any more.

Had two enclosures put in for newly remodeled bathrooms. Don was great to work with, very professional and designed the perfect final touch for the showers. The delivery and installation was fast and I’m extremely pleased with how they turned out. Will definitely use them again for future glass needs. Pics are from day of installation.

I use Trout Glass & Mirror for all of my glass needs around the house. They have done protective glass tops for most of my wood top tables and dressers that make the pieces look even more beautiful while keeping them pristine. They have a variety of glass tint colors and edge finishes, and can even do special shapes like the one shown in the photo. Best service and best product at a reasonable price! We did a huge remodel and Trout Glass and Mirror was one of the very best vendors we dealt with - they gave us quotes with no hidden or additional costs, they delivered when they said they would. Glass shower doors and vanity mirrors look great and fit perfectly. Everyone is very professional and treated us and our home with respect - you'd be surprised how many vendors don't. Thanks guys - you're the best!

Trout fixed two of my table tops so that's why I give it 3 stars.....but, The directions from the automated response to this place was very confusing, the road isn't even the same....Over a couple days period I Called several times, left messages with two different people, was called back but they didn't leave a message and when I called back I was again sent to another voicemail. I wanted to stick with a local company but I called glass dr and I have someone coming out today to fix my window.

I want to congratulate you on two of your employees, Don Clark and his helper. They installed my shower enclose last week and did an excellent job. They are very professional, did quality work, friendly, neat and very helpful. I have additional work coming up and won't hesitate to use Trout Glass if these men do the instillation. I have one major problem in dealing with Trout Glass, your phone system is terrible. I bet you lose a lot of business because of it.
