Trout Brook Landscaping was a life saver. We had a larger ash tree crack in the middle thay could have fallen on our neighbors above ground pool. I called trout brook and they were at my house in about 20 minutes. They safely dropped the tree. Because of the fast and efficient response we decided to take the rest of the dying ash trees down in our yard. They gave us a reasonable price and for all remaining trees. They are very professional and Andrew is great on the customer side of things. He is very knowledgeable and a licensed Arborist. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help in their yard.
I had a poor interaction with Andrew this summer after he trimmed our trees and an accident (which he resolved) temporarily damaged our property. His teams work was wonderful, but his followup and customer service skills were atrocious. I was quiet until he just exposed my personal home address and email to his entire address book.
