My visit was great...
I had an emergency and they fit me in the same day! Very nice staff and I am very pleased with the results!
I would rate Excellent except that you are always running late. Waited 25 minutes past appointment time yesterday, otherwise I'm really pleased with Dr. May's office.
Not that I enjoy going to the dentist but I never seem to mind these days. Dr. K is kind, friendly and professional with a great sense of humor. Each procedure I've had done has been successful and I leave the office feeling not only better but confident. Amazing how well one can feel when they have good strong teeth. I am a happy patient.
New to the area, having left a dentist I had been with for 20 years, whose office and equipment were extremely up to date, I was pleased with the skill and care taken by Mikala, my hygienist . Some things were different ( I had been used to having my teeth cleaned with a high speed instrument that sprayed water and being able to rinse out several times during the cleaning). I appreciated the level of concern and helpfulness of the entire staff. I really appreciate Dr.May's hard work and patience working on me even with his busy schedule.
My visit was excellent. Little to no wait time. Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed my visit.
My son has been to the dentist twice now and he has been very comfortable both times. It's scary as a parent to see your small child in the dentist chair but he has actually had fun at Troup Family Dental!
Dr. Koskinen was thorough, professional, informative, and friendly. I couldn't have expected better.
