I love this practice who have taken over that of friends I had for many years. they are personable, competent, and forward looking. they did a great job for me today: looking at past records, doing a complete exam, and suggesting things I could do to prevent problems in the future. I had the fascination of watching my dental records be upgraded on their computer system, it feels very reassuring to know that they know my mouth. Very professional service, courteous and easy. Did not have to wait, walked in and they did what they needed to and checked me out.
The receptionist texted me about the appointment and reminded me to take my antibiotics which I had forgotten to take. I phoned her to request that she order refills from the pharmacy which she did. Met with the hygienist for a cleaning and review of my gums. She's very thorough and professional which I appreciate. All good.
Office responded to my emergency request in a timely and professional manner. Doctor's exam, assessment was thorough and explained in a very understandable way.

I went to Dr. Koskinen's office today for the first time. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was very satisfied with the visit and level of care taken. I had my teeth cleaned and Dr. Koskinen reviewed my teeth and made recommendations for further work. I will definitely be returning.
