We use Troubleshooters for all of auto repairs/tire replacement & rotation and generalized maintenance; oil change, air filer change etc. We couldn't be more pleased. We will not go anywhere else!!

Dealer pointed out i may have something bad in my timing chain area from a noise they diagnosed when i took them for a ride. It was around 2k to fix so i went to Troubleshooters for a second opinion and to give them the business. Very RUDE and unprofessional. Pampas arrogant man Insisted that I wasn't allowed to drive my car to show him a noise i was trying to point out to him. So he argued with me relentlessly about it and insisted he drove. Then turned around and slammed the door in my face.

Got price for that (another $1700), and agreed because it needed to get done. Then *another* part was required, for another ~$100. Asked a friend who knows about these things, said it wasn't unreasonable. My main complaint (after sticker shock) was ... read more
