Called for emergency service on Sunday. Clogged sewer line. Paid $378.00 for 1hou, 15 mins. Serviceman was pleasant enough. Gave me the impression that he wanted to get to other calls ASAP. He ran a "snake" once through the sewer line. Not much debris came out. I asked him if he was going to doi it more times and he said " lets test it. Ran water from several sinks/ toilets. Let me start my review by explaining the "issue" they were called to fix. My wife read online that it was good preventive maintenance to once a month or so flush your drains with a mixture of baking soda and vinegar to keep them fresh, so she decided to try this one night after I had gone to bed, and the baking soda clogged the U joint in a downstairs restroom, she couldn't fix it herself, but didn't want to bother me with it, so arranged for Trouble Free to come and unclog it in the morning. $89.00 to come out and diagnose what I told them was the problem. Service tech was nice and friendly but $811.00 to replace 2 anode rods that cost less than $20.00 each at Menards is way out of line. Tech was here for less than 2 hours, strongly recommend you check around sure wish I would have. BASED ON PRICE ALONE I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY...

They did NOT make me smile. No booties on their feet, repaired water heater for second time in 4 years (will not buy an AO Smith again). Parts free but paid for labor including visit, not fair. When repairing a warranty product they should include the labor with the service charge. Will not be using them again. Will call best plumbers in Pekin, Tucker Plumbing next time.
