Bad Owner/Employees I contacted Trotters for a TV Repair. They told me that they would look at the TV and bring it to them. I dropped the TV off and paid them their $60 fee. I didn't hear from the repairman for a week and a half. Finally I decided to call him and inquire about the TV. He said that the part he thought he might need for it was backordered (This was after I asked them to tell me how much the part would be BEFORE ordering a part). All about the customer These guys are wonderful! They have a great product selection, prices that will battle your big stores that offer quality products, and their sales team is wonderful. They want to make customers happy and they provide the experience to do that, from the moment you walk through the door all the way through the white glove in-home delivery. They truly are all about the customer.
Great Electronics I just bought a brand new 55" LCD screen from these guys, and it was one of the best retail experiences I have had. I was a little short on the required down payment amount, and the manager allowed me to give him a post dated check to cover it. I will continue to buy all of my home electronics from them, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!
