Good price and good location. Only issue is with management. Recently a dog had pooped in the stairwell. Management was contacted and they sent a letter saying to please be mindful of where you dog poops. Accidents happen and that’s not a problem. My problem is that it has been several weeks and this has yet to be cleaned up. Several of us have reached out to management to be cleaned up but still has not been resolved. It is very unsanitary. I really enjoyed the visit and hope that I get the apartment
No issues with management (staff was always ready to offer help) and the maintenance staff was very responsive- most I had to wait was around a day for low priority items. Maintained the parking lot multiple times during the day when it snows. Pet friendly and reasonably priced for the area. Surprised how quiet it is for the building being so close to the main road. Walking distance to the bars, the doctors, the dentist, and the grocery store!
