Trop Villas provides the best possible living opportunity for students. The staff works avidly to get residents involved in the IV community. Whether it be throwing pot decorating programs or whale watching trips or trips to 6 flags, residents are given every opportunity to make friends and have an amazing college experience.
I really appreciate the security this apartment has to offer for my daughter it's nice knowing that I can go over and have some dinner knowing she's in a safe space
Trop Villas is a really relaxed place. Most students are older undergrads or exchanged students. They are really chill and keep the building pretty quiet. I love meeting people there and have a lot of friends that live there. I have lived at Gardens for the past two years and like changing up the pace by hanging out at villas. The pool is really peaceful and quiet and you can get a lot done studying there.
