I used to live in Apartment A-7 and loved the experience, right next to the pool. The rent was $150/mo, I imagine it has gone a bit higher in the last few years. If you rent that unit, be careful, a chipmunk drowned in the toilet.
I loved my place back in the day, (2010-2015). Huge private patio , nice size master , large closet , upgrades recently and CONVENIENT location, walking distance to grocery, convenience stores , library. Quiet place. Excellent , on the ball management.
