Location is great, but my bikes were stolen and my car was broken into. The landlord is overbearing, often looks down on you and I really hope it wasn't based on ethnicity. She charged a "cleaning fee" at the end of our almost 5-year stay there, and we had left it spotless. Neighbors were all nice, and Brandon (the keeper) is very polite and friendly. Washers don't usually work and when they do, they don't do a great job. Our AC during the summer never worked appropriately (we were always hot) even when they tried to fix it.... read more
Absolutely loving our new home here! Quiet, friendly, and peaceful community. Yes I said community, not complex because it feels more like a tight nit community than a basic, lackluster apartment complex. Our neighbors are quiet, friendly, and polite. The residents here are wonderful. Yes I said residents, not tenants because many I have met so far have been here for years. Some 5, 8, 15, 21 and 30 plus years!
