Nice appartments
Nice renovated apartments with a good maintenance service. Things get fixed pretty quick and manger addresses most issues. Everyone seems very friendly. The only thing I feel they need is a playground or play area for the kids instead of a pool. The pool isn’t really used so I think a playground would be used a lot more.
We lived there for from 2011 to 2013. Cockroach infested. Relations with the manager were good until it was time to move due to my job change. They accused me of having an unapproved pet. Landlords use tactics like this to avoid giving you back your deposit. Meanwhile, the apartment manager admitted to being the one who fed a large number of street cats back in the parking lot. I did not get my deposit back and could not find the name of the owner in public records in order to take him to small claims court. The info on the ... read more
