Booked a silk press with Alexia last minute and she came through! My hair came out silky smooth and very light. Customer service skills were 10/10 because she engaged in conversation making time fly. She's very experienced with natural hair cause when I tell you she breezed through detangling my curls like it was nothing! And also gave me advice on how to care for it to prevent breakage. All in all, I would absolutely recommend.
