Waited for 5 mins in line and no worker told me anything they just kept looking at me hoping i would go away. So i did no more business for you. If you are to busy to greet a customer you are too busy for their business.
If could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst service I have experienced in my LIFE. The entire staff lacks intelligence and the ability to manage a situation. First experience was via online order. After 10 mins the staff confirmed they didn’t make my order because they were out of ingredients. Second experience staff completely took my order incorrectly after waiting for staff to acknowledge that I was there. I go to this tropical smoothie on my lunch break a lot. All of the employees look like they're working hard when I'm there. However, Tatiana engages with me more than any other employee. I just want to let you all know that i appreciate her.
