First the food gross we go in order everything is fine. 15 min later are food arrives there was no one but my family of three in there. I take a look at my food which had bacon on it the bacon was raw like raw raw both my other family members bacon was too. We go up there nicely ask if they could put it in longer. The workers giving us the nasty looks like we cussed them out. They where so mean and after that I look back to where they where cooking food and the side eyes and nasty looks. Very rude customer service. My wrap was very soggy and gross, I ordered it with NO SAUCE, it said that on my ticket and the sticker on the wrap. All the parmesan chips were very soggy, the whole wrap was soggy. I went back in to ask for it be remade and the lady was very very rude about it. Told me it was soggy because of the sauce (I didn’t want sauce my ticket says no sauce) and told me if I didn’t like it this time she wouldn’t remake it again. I work food service, we remake food all the time, and it’s no big, not at all.... read more
