Whats goin on with the staff Zephyhills location. Looks like that person in charge hate working there. Attitude like been force work. I ask about the previous some of the staff. That denied and with attitude ask if I need something else because they don’t have time to say anything about the people they let them go. I was one of the faithful customers. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE spend a nickel with that attitude. Downhill.
Aletas recoment this location. One of the best in will say number one with a great staff and manager always with a big smile with me and family. Will come back just to enjoy their service. Chelsey and Alex are the best example. I will recommend this store friends and family. Been several times and this location without Alex and staff will never be the same. Tropical Smoothie at Zephyr Plaza are the Best Since the Store Manager Alex still working im that location. I observed they work as a Team player always taking care customers. Nice friendly and patient, I see all staff are great. Never but NEVER see any others Tropical Smoothie Cafe as this one with team always helps and smile. Thank You Alex for a great example working for this franchise. Hope help others use as example you great Job.
Wow love this location. Super clean. Food are delicious and the Manager shirt says Alex the best working for the location. Recommend anyone stop by and meet all staff. Always friendly as always. Is my 4th time visiting my family in town and this location without the staff and Alex never will be the same. Thank you Tropical Smoothie and Alex.
