I love coming to the Jackson Ave. Tropical Smoothie, just want to shout out Des and KoKo for their amazing customer service. They are always polite and make the best smoothies.
I love Tropical Smoothie but this location has terrible customer service. The workers at the front are outright rude. I’ve been here multiple times lately and every time you have to stand at the register and wait to be served for a long time even though the drive through line and the dining area is empty.
I love coming to the Jackson Ave. Tropical Smoothie because the customer service is always amazing. The GM Brittany and Des are so welcoming and so are the other crew members.
Got an Açaí bowl Workers were rushing me and rude. Gave me the bowl half empty, sticky with açaí and nutella all over the outside of the bowl and again half empty...it's 13$ and when i asked for another bowl "Zara" i think rolled her eyes and ignored me thankfully someone else got the bowl for me. i'm extremely disappointed in the attitudes and the bowl itself. wish i could give negative stars.
