This review is for the manager, Randi! She was so so so patient and helpful in solving a problem for me, amazing customer service, she’s literally the best!
Bahama mama bowl with chia seeds, strawberries , granola, acai blend and coconut. Main ingredient already frozen solid. Not very flavorful and runny once it starts to melt. $10.99 + tax and tip. Used tmobil app to get 5.00 off. Will not revisit. Parking available.
I ordered 3 cookies with my order, but it was delivered with a note that they were out of cookies. However, they did not refund the cost of the cookies automatically. I had to submit a picture of their note requesting a refund and that is unacceptable. The refund should have been taken off the order once they knew they were out of cookies. If not issuing a refund unless the customer requests it is their practice, it’s very dishonest one.
Employees are RUDE. I came in yesterday to pick up an order, I stood off the side near the cubbies. The cashier ignored me didn't even bother to look my way, I made eye contact twice with one of the girls making smoothies she just kept making smoothies, three different girls walked past me like I'm completely invisible. Then when two started chatting amongst themselves I had enough, I said "EXCUSE ME! Can somebody help me?"
