I go to lots of Tropical Smoothies. This is by far the best for everything! Food, smoothies, and service is 5 stars
The employees here are awful. Left me and other customer waiting in the drive through line for nearly 40 min without updating anyone. I would have left if I hadn’t already paid. After I had enough, I parked and went inside to get my money back, only to find out that they had my smoothie that I already seen sitting on the counter by drive through for 15 min! I’ll just go to north port from now on.
If i could give 0 stars i would. I doordashed 2 wraps with customizations. They gave me none of what i paid for and even sent me the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap WITH NO CHCIKEN. $35 literally down the drain. Put tomatoes on my wrap.. Im a cook myself and making a correct wrap is about the easiest thing you can do. No refund no remake. Ridiculous. Dont with tropical smoothie and doordash
