After driving an hour from work I came here to buy dinner. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap, apple and smoothie. Got the smoothie pretty quick but had to wait about 20 mins for the wrap. I got in the car and took a bite to find out that the chicken inside the wrap was frozen. So I went into store and returned and got my money back. No apologies received from the 2 employees. This TS is disgusting. So dirty inside always out of something gone 4 times and each time it’s a disappointment. Management never around to assist with issues. They also never answer the phone
Food was cold food maker was rude just staring at people waiting at the counter Employees don’t know how to read the screen that tells them exactly what to do there wasn’t any cheese on my chipotle chicken and they said yes there is its cheese sauce and they forgot my side banana and side of buffalo sauce only had a cheeseless sandwhich in the bag
Ordered online. Went and picked up from the to go ready. Got home and was missing 2 sliders. Went back and they said they don’t have them anymore. Said they couldn’t refund me without the card that my wife paid with online. Should have never put the order out for me to pick up if it was incomplete.
