4 separate times I have been to this location and it has been disappointing every single time. The smoothies are watered down with very light flavor. Then ordering the Caribbean jerk chicken on all several occasions have asked for the chicken heated up extra and then always an extra side of jerk sauce. I stopped into this Tropical Smoothie after a longggg night in the ER for severe mouth pain. And I needed soemtthiinnnggg yummy and fast. The entire staff was kind, attentive and friendly. They did a great job accommodating. Mayla went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The facility was clean and they were busy ensuring they’d get to everyone promptly. Highly recommend!
I asked a man at the register if it was possible to have the smoothie split because I was sharing it and he said with an attitude “you should’ve asked before I submitted the order.” Meanwhile, a girl in the back isn’t even in uniform, no shirt, no hat, and open toed shoes. Crazy.
This may be a company issue and not based on this exact store location. I ordered the maple kissed sweet potatoes a la cart but I got charged $4.99 for it when clearly on the menu it says $2.99. When I inquired about it I was told that it’s because I didnt order any food with it. I thought a la cart meant buying something separately?
