We love tropical Smoothie but this location is awful. Briana was extremely rude when simply asked if our order was being made since people who ordered after us received their smoothies. Smoothies also very watered down, management should do some customer service training.
By far the best Trop I’ve ever been to or had food from. Crispy tortillas, smooth drinks without chunks of ice, friendly staff, and they always get my order right. I’ve maybe ordered them 30-40 times on Uber Eats but wish I would’ve picked up and got the rewards. That’s my only downfall. Keep up the killer work! The staff at Wellen Park Emergency Room appreciate you all!!
