Asking for tips at a fast food restaurant is actually insane. I interacted with an employee for less than 30 seconds in the drive through. Somebody blended up a smoothie and put food into a bag and they’re asking for a tip. I fully understand that it is not the workers themselves that created this culture, but this is ridiculous. There are people who work incredibly hard to earn tips and this affects them.
