I’m really disappointed with my experiences at Tropical Smoothie lately. The customer service has been consistently poor—staff seem unorganized and not attentive to customers. I usually place my orders online to save time, but even then I still end up waiting over five minutes past the pickup time, which defeats the whole purpose. On top of that, the quality hasn’t been great. My smoothie wasn’t properly blended and had chunks in it, which makes me question whether the recipes or instructions are being followed at all.
