Kat is super nice & considerate cares about what goes on my wrap and if I would like it or not and if I needed anything else towards my needs if I could give her 10 stars I would !!
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. My order had been sitting ready for over 20 minutes, yet no one bothered to let me know. I eventually walked up to the counter, and despite being the only customer there, I was asked what I had ordered. I couldn’t believe it. I had already been waiting for nearly 30 minutes, and while they had given me my drink, they never brought out my food. Yeah so even though the receipt given says that you'll get a $1.99 smoothie with sandwich/flatbread purchases after a survey... Don't do not honor that deal/coupon. EXTREMELY WEIRD AND ILL BE CALLING SOMEONE BECAUSE WHY IS IT ON THE RECEIPT IF YOU DONT HONOR IT
