Child placed a mobile order at this location by mistake. I immediately called to get it cancelled and refunded. Employee told me she’d get a manager, hung up on me. Called back, got assistant manager. Had to go ask the manager. They told me they don’t do refunds and I’d have to get over it. Order# 37383676514467841 in case anyone who runs this place cares to help me. Update: I noticed that’s how you always respond, so I completed that link off a previous review.
This is the best Tropical Smoothies I have ever been to. their service is very fast and the quality of food is amazing. I would definitely recommend everyone to come here.
I visited Tropical Smoothie at 8:30 Open sign on and hours were 9:00 pm close. I was told they were only taking online orders. If you can prepare an online order why can’t you prepare an in store order or post on the your website that you are closed for walk in at 8:30? Poor business
