I love smoothie bowls & have tried them twice from here. The first time it was frozen solid and the second time my fruit tasted DISGUSTING!!
On a normal basis i go here for more healthier options . the breakfast wraps and smoothie bowls are my favorite & always well put together ! But last two times the smoothie bowl was horrible , THROWN together , very scarce amount , & very disappointed! & you can definitely tell a difference between shifts .
Poor customer service 😢. I kept trying to give this place a chance, and it is repeatedly disappointing. I always place my order online and always have to wait 15-20 minutes for it to be prepared, even arriving after the expected time. Today, I pulled into the drive-thru for my 114pm order at 119, sat for 11 minutes, nothing. Finally, a guy comes and says, "Did you order something? Seriously, I said it at the drove thru board. Now I have to wait for them to fix my order.
The drinks are good but the service is consistently SLOW. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only person in line you will wait! 15 minutes for one smoothie is unjustifiably ridiculous.
waited in line for 30 minutes with one car infront of us who got 1 smoothie. when ordering at the drive through window the girl starts laughing and says “sorry i was talking to my coworker” which i already knew she wouldn’t have heard our order correctly since everything is so funny. we get to the window to pay and she repeats back the order which is completely wrong. we pulled off. not worth it. 6+ employees in there standing around not doing anything. this place is a such a joke.
