I really like the store and the staff is very good. They have consistency issues with the smoothies in my opinion. The first smoothie I got from there was pretty good overall probably a four out of five I went back for a second one and it was completely different than the first one I got. Flavor is very weak and the consistency is very different seems like too much ice or something but either way it was not enjoyable at all. I was a regular here , the service was amazing . The food was even better . The food is still great but they went through a bit of a staff change and now the service just isn’t what it was
One of the workers either couldn’t figure out the system or was genuinely incoherent. It’s wasn’t a horrible experience but they need to make sure their employees know what’s going on.

Went to this specific eatery because most locations I've been to has accommodated my vegan lifestyle. I went through drive through and specifically told the lady I'm vegan and allergic to dairy. I then proceeded to tell her how I'd like my wrap dressed. I was going off the ingredients listed on the menu board. The wrap I ordered didn't list ranch as one of the ingredients.
