Great Customer Service, fast reliable, clean establishment.
I have been ordering from this location almost daily for about a month for my family and I. The smoothies and sandwiches are always amazing, but the atmosphere and attitude of the staff is very low energy and low engagement. No warmth or greeting from anyone when you step foot inside. This generation really needs to work on their customer service skills.
I came to Chapel Hill to visit my son this past weekend for the baseball game and popped in for an acai berry boost. My smoothie was very good and I really enjoyed talking to Cameron, the cashier!
Alyssa provides exceptional service each time, and is a friendly individual who knows how to hold a conversation and make me feel welcome, which is rare in this day and age. I will mention that there have been a lot of unfamiliar faces lately, and these new workers seem to be prone to making more mistakes in terms of the quality of my food and lack of customer service skills.
