It was delicious and fast to get them.
The employee refused to take any orders in person and would only accept online orders because she was by herself. It took the same amount of time to walk up and explain that she wouldn’t take my order as it would to just take my order! Hire enough people or at least hire people who care about customers. I was very disappointed with my experience at Tropical Smoothie. The overall environment was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The staff was openly yelling, using inappropriate language, and the music was so loud it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. Customers could barely hear when their orders were being called.
